“I came In with my husband last Wendsday afternoon 12/6 to get some chocolate boxes for gifts great service and staff Geri and Kelsey were friendly and kind they wrapped all my chocolates up nicely and wrapped my glass gift items in bubble wrap before putting them nicely into boxes. We came in for chocolate and left with chocolate and décor items! We will definitely be back its a great store with positive vibes great to visit for gifts and treats!”

“Awesome gift shop and souvenir store. We were visiting OCMD and love going to Berlin MD. Small town vibes with a ton of things to do. Our first time coming to Outten,s Delites and it didn’t disappoint. The lady at the front was nice an helpful. There is a ton of souvenirs and gifts, antiques and local business products. There are different sections for many holidays. The Zultar machine and pressed penny machine was really cool to see.We will definitely come back soon.”
“Hello my name is Joe Wickel a.k.a. Uncle Joe PVT chef for Serenite...I was blessed on July 15th at 10:40 pm to shop in your store... I met 3 incredible owners and workers there. Alison, Michelle and Zoey I was so impressed how kind, helpful and professional they were. I bought 3 wood wind chimes and each one of my friends that I bought them for are still raving about them...I'm in the restaurant business and live for experiences like this. I shall return probably next year and search out your store and family to say hello again and buy more wood chimes...Please know that your kindness is so beautiful and shall pass your store and the great energy you share to many of my friends who travel down to O.C. “I love visiting Float-ord whenever I can. I shop for Lilly Pulitzer clothing but enjoy looking at all of the items that they carry. My daughter also visits often but we noth have the same complaint. This is a destination to visit, I make a special trip and don't just drive by and the staff does not allow you to use the restroom. There's not a Wawa or Royal Farms nearby, please change this policy so I can spend more time and shop in comfort.”
