Easy signup online, Liz was super friendly when I first got there and worked on understanding my level of CrossFit experience (4 months). Had a great class, met some cool people (at the gym and later at a coffee shop). Very encouraging and supportive group. Will definitely be back when in the area and if I lived around Ocean city - this is the type of CrossFit box I would want to be a member at.”

“Stopped by here while in the area. Seems laid out well enough, and I don't necessarily wanna blame the gym for the people, but this is the first location where the patrons were regularly on the phone talking while on the machines. With multiple people also just wearing jeans. Now personally the mantra of this place is not being followed so I figured I'll let potential customers know.”

“Marge and I (John) have been members of Pure Family Fitness on Glen Ave in Salisbury since they opened. This facility is fabulous! We were members of the predecessor Powerhouse Gym for many years before that. The new site has every kind of equipment you could want. There are racquetball and basketball courts and a large boxing and MMA area. Also numerous rooms for special classes ( spin, yoga, pilates, etc.). The staff are friendly and helpful. There are over 50 classes weekly that you can attend for no extra charge. However if you wish extra individual attention you can hire any of the numerous trainers on the staff. There is a shop that sells workout clothing, nutritional supplements and numerous drinks pre manufactured or made freshly on the site are also available. The locker rooms are clean and include saunas. Parking is plentiful. If you are seeking a facility for your workouts check it out. We think you'll like it. And they have child care!”

“There’s a whole variety of equipment, the gym is a little small but because it is 24/7 you never have to worry about time restraints and there is always a quiet time to go. I do think the price is a little high, but compared to other gyms this is a nice one.”
