“I don’t understand all of the negative comments, since I have never encountered any problems when in the actual post office or with my mail delivery ( at least not here in Millsboro). Nora our delivery person is great……I do think it is easier to complain than give a compliment.”

“I’m actually very surprised at all the negative reviews this post office/employee gets. Jon has never been anything but sweet and respectful to me. After living in Delaware for the past two years what I can tell you is that the general population is incredibly rude and disrespectful. So I’m guessing the attitude they’re getting is probably mirrored from what they’re giving. Great employee, nice little post office. Don’t like it? There are plenty of other offices to go to!”

“Based on prior negative reviews I was braced for the worst, but I had such a terrific experience, I felt the need to write a review. I stopped in around 2pm today to submit a passport application and the entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. It was easy and straight forward. The woman helping us, Joni, was very helpful and friendly.”
