Freeman Arts Pavilion is a popular outdoor concert venue near Fenwick Island, operated by the nonprofit Joshua M. Freeman Foundation. Established in 2007 to honor Josh Freeman, the pavilion hosts over 60 performances annually, attracting more than 80,000 residents and visitors. The venue offers a modern and beautiful setting, surrounded by trees, with three large screens and crisp, clear sound that makes every seat enjoyable. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff, easy parking, and smooth entry and exit. Food trucks are available, although some mention that refreshment stands could use more help. The pavilion also hosts the Arts Access Initiative, providing free, high-quality arts experiences for K-12 students and underserved families throughout the year. The staff works diligently to spread art and create opportunities to elevate the human spirit, making it a favorite spot for live music and community enjoyment. Visitors often recommend arriving early to relax and enjoy the atmosphere before shows.

Love the Freeman Ctrs' but don't dare park at the Harris teeter shopping center (managed by the Freeman Corp) because yourcar will be towed and you won't know until the end of the concert, and it'll cost you an arm and a leg.

What are awesome places to see a show how intimate it is between the crowd and the artists.
