“I went to the Samaritan Thrift Shop for the first time today. I live out of state and was on the hunt for a thrift store. The store was laid out pretty nicely. It was not cluttered. They had lots of different types of items for sale - furniture, linens, sports equipment, hardware, accessories, jewelry, a good amount of glass and knick knacks, fairly small shoe and toy sections, mixed media (mostly DVDs), books, and, of course, clothing. They had a good amount of MEN's clothing (which I don't find at some thrift stores). However, the clothing section was a mix of low and some mid-level brands. Most items were in wearable condition (meaning no rips, tears or stains) but not all. I happened to catch a 50% off shorts and shirts day so I bought two men's shirts. Prices are fairly reasonable. The 50% off is what got me to buy two men's shirts (which I got for $3.50 for both). Customer service on the floor is definitely lacking but that's ok with me because they were busy getting items onto the floor and checking people out at the register (which is how a busy thrift store should be). They were nice enough at the register when I purchased my items. I would definitely return if it wasn't so far from when I'm staying.”

“It’s truly has been my favorite thrift store to shop at for years but recently it’s been discouraging with this new employee Carly she can be quite rude quite argumentative with other employees in front of shoppers which makes me very uncomfortable i’ve always worked in customer service jobs and this is a big no-no and God forbid you ask her a question”

“First off what don't they have? It's literally 1 stop shopping. It's more of a boutique feel than thrift store vibe. The staff is super friendly and kind!”

“Cool place especially for crafters. Lots of sewing, doll making, fabric, you name it supplies. Lots if xmas stuff. We got there when they were about to close, barely had enough time to see it all.”

“One of my FAVORITE little thrift shops. The ladies that volunteer their time to keep it open are just so special! I usually find several items when I visit, and I like that my money goes back to our community. Nice finds + for a good cause = a BIG win, in my book!”

“This place is a local treasure. I have found so many things for myself and my home. The volunteers (yes, they do not get paid) spend countless hours going through donations; sorting, storing, and keeping the store well stocked. I love shopping here.”
