Woke up with pink eye. Gunk glued my eyeball together and all. Saw my doctor at 9:30. Had an RX called in to this Walgreens by 10. It's 2pm and I'm still fighting with the pharmacist who doesn't think I should have this drug because of an irrelevant allergy. Ok to take the drug. My doctor prescribed it. Says I'm fine. The pharmacist says no and won't fill it until she speaks to my doctor who left at noon today and it's Friday. I'll never be back. Transferring our RXs to cvs. To Harris teeter. Some where. It shouldn't be this hard.*update by 3pm the pharmacist spoke to someone at my doctors office (I'm guessing) because I'm now ALLOWED to have the antibiotic required to clear my infection. I went back in with a now very swollen eye that has gunk coming out of it. Thanks lady!

Just called pharmacy to see to check on home covid test. I ordered them yesterday and the recorded message kept saying it was being processed call back in an hour. So this morning i waited until the pharmacy was open at 9:30am and called. The girl who answered was rude and completely unprofessional, even hung up on me at the end. Wow! I called back to speak to the manager but she answered again and hung up on me AGAIN. needless to say I am done with them. I already moved our monthly prescriptions to Harris Teeter.

I placed an online order today. Purchased 4 toys. When the order got delivered by the Dasher, one item was missing, the store employee on the phone was rude and impatient. Suggested that I got the missing item or didn't know what I was talking about. It's a $9.17 toy I'm talking about. Said he was going to call me back after the store manager checked the security tapes. I asked him to ask the Dasher to check his car because both bags had the handles ripped off, and if the store employee was so certain they packed the item. He responded like I was bothering him.The Dasher soon came back with the missing item, and when I asked where it was, he said he bought another one for me because it's Christmas and this kind of customer service is unacceptable and he did not want to argue with the store employees!The store employee NEVER CALLED BACK.

Sent my prescription to this location and only to find out there Pharmacy is Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Staffing shortage? Really? CVS is staffed! Harristeeter is staffed! Dont shop and they can start closing stores and watch there stock drop! Hello CVS! Ten years loyal customer of Walgreens! Bye ! Bye! And Good Bye!

I received an immunization from this location from Pharmacist Melinda McCabe. It was a busy afternoon but she was still professional and friendly and did not rush the appointment, making sure I had all of my questions answered.

pharmacy staff is just down right rude ! You have customers in line waiting way before it was time for your lunch break instead of helping the customers they left us standing there closed up and told us to come back ! Not to mention the poor elderly lady in front of us they basically closed the shutters down on her! I would be embarrassed to have them for employees! Was my fist time going there and my last ! Hell I didn’t even get to fill my prescription Bc I was told to come back 2 pm

After receiving my first covid vaccine shot at a state run event on 1/24/21 I scheduled my second at the Selbyville De Walgreens for 2/23/21. As a Walgreens online member my appointment was accepted and confirmed.Last evening I received a call from the Selbyville Walgreens that their expected supply of vaccine had not arrived and unfortunately my appointment could not be kept. Too bad, but I could understand their dilemma and would accept a new appointment for the near future.I was then told that Walgreens management has now made the decision that unless the first dose was given by them they will not honor appointments for the second dose. This after 4 weeks of believing based on their confirmation that I could rely on Walgreens to honor their commitment. Had I known I could have spent that time seeking out a venue for my second dose. They have cut me loose with a “good luck” farewellIMHO Walgreens has failed as a trusted health care provider. This decision was capricious and made without regard for the welfare or respect for their patrons.Shame on you Walgreens.

Jared, the pharmacy technician, went above and beyond helping me get my medication at a lower price than what my insurance covered. He told me about the W card and I got my medicine for half the price as I would have! He is very considerate and on top of his job. Went out of his way for me. Much appreciated.
