West Fenwick Car Wash is a popular car wash establishment in the area, offering a range of services to its customers. The reviews suggest that the car wash equipment is generally effective, with the touchless and automatic wash options providing a good cleaning experience. Customers have noted the convenience and reasonable pricing of the services, with the deluxe wash costing around $14. However, the quality of the cleaning can vary, with some customers reporting that certain areas of their vehicles were not thoroughly cleaned. The staff is described as friendly, but the wait times can be long during busy periods. While the car wash is a suitable option for a quick and efficient cleaning, it may not be the best choice for a more thorough, deep clean. One notable incident involved a customer who lost their front license plate during the automatic wash. The car wash owner went above and beyond to resolve the issue, retrieving the lost plate and ensuring the customer could continue their journey without further inconvenience. This level of customer service has been highlighted as a positive aspect of the establishment. Overall, West Fenwick Car Wash is a convenient and reasonably priced option for a basic car wash, with the potential for a good cleaning experience, though the quality may vary. The staff's commitment to resolving any issues that arise is also a noteworthy aspect of the business.
