Edie is a please to work with. She is extremely kind and understandable. I would tell anyone about this place only because of her! I have had my stuff here for a very long time and haven't had one issue. Ms Edie you are the BEST!

Edie is wonderful to work with. She is extremely helpful and kind. The unit was clean and the facility is safe. I would use this storage company again in the future for my any of my storage needs.

I recently stopped in to rent a small space after moving to the local 55 and over community. I had looked at this facility about a year ago and decided against it due to the lack of security. The gate was, and still is, broken in the up position. I mentioned to the manager, Edie that I was concerned as I would hesitate to go to the rental space alone. She was completely understanding regarding my concerns and told me she would do her very best to remedy the situation. I look forward to hearing back from her. She was beyond professional and extremely helpful.

Staff is great however the property managers and owners refuse to fix there gate. This gate has been up for 6 months. My neighbor here at storage was just robbed and now he has to move. I am leaving as well , just looking for a new storage facility. If you don’t care about your stuff then fine but if you care about your stuff I wouldn’t come to abc storage. Bad security.

I have been with ABC Storage smyrna de for a while but it's a shame it's gone way down hill because of unresponsive property owners. The on-site people are great but they done own the place. There security gate has been stuck up 24/7 for at least 5 months maybe more. Well my storage unit was robbed. Don't want to hear did you have insurance because I'm tired of victim blaming. The thieves are scum. Anyway called the owners Main they give you a crying talk about how hard it is to fix there gate blah blah. Anyway I secured another storage at Smyrna Self Storage on Glenwood Ave in smyrna de. Been trying to get into this storage for years and luck would have it. Much more secure and owned & run by a family not a conglomerate of lawyers. Anyway just disgusted by ABC. If there was a way to give a zero star I would. Just some pictures I took for the police. Other pictures are of empty Xbox boxes but the serial numbers are on so I didn't include because Microsoft is helping with that.

Although they are closed on Sunday, you still have access to the facility 24 hrs which is very convenient.

Located just outside of downtown Smyrna. Very convenient, well lit and secure. Good people to work with. And so easy to make your payment over the phone.
