Rite Aid customer of decades here but unfortunately no longer feasible so a first time Acme Pharmacy customer yesterday 7-1-25 and I was beyond impressed, received a text message my antibiotic was ready for pick up before ever leaving doctors office, walked in to pharmacy, excellent service out with script in 10 minutes, tried the same thing 10 days ago with Smyrna Walgreens and waited 5 hours for 10 tablets, very poor customer service, so now, I am a forever customer of Acme Pharmacy in Smyrna, it looks like they were prepared for new customers coming from Rite Aid pharmacy of Smyrna…KEEP UP THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ACME PHARMACY OF SMYRNA DE

Acme pharmacy (Sav-On) is the best in town. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They have helped me with insurance issues as well. Wonderful employees.

I've been going here for over 13years. No real problems until they hired Sandra several months back. Every interaction I have had with her is negative. The constant attitude can be tolerated but being straight up ignored and told to do her job for her is unacceptable to me. I have made a couple of complaints before only to be told I'm not the only one complaining and for nothing to change. It wouldn't be so bad if 8 out of 10 times I go it wasn't her I have to talk to. If your looking for friendly service, helpfulness, or a quick wait time I would not suggest this pharmacy anymore.

Wanted to give shoutout to Theresa @ Acme, Flower department, she was so pleasant and helped me with 2 flowers arrangement, her department looks beautiful, all the flowers and colors was hard to make a selection, also great prices, will be back!! ?

I was just in to get dipping chocolate. I could not find it by the strawberries or baking aisle which I assumed it would be at. We asked 5 people who sent us on a wild goose chase, but would not help us look to assure that you didn’t have any. I would like some customer service help if needed in the future.

I come here frequently to shop and they are always out of stock on the things I need. The deli counter is a hit or miss. They have some friendly and some that I completely avoid because of how I've been treated in the past. Overall I only shop here when I need a few things, never for my actual grocery shopping. 3/5

Not sure why they aren't doing more for COVID 19 precautions. No one is wiping the carts down and the cashiers are not cleaning the belts and wiping down in between customers. Also, the produce dept is really lacking. I expect more from Acme. Sad.

I can’t believe the customer service at this store. After waiting in the seafood section for 10 mins they turn off the lights and tell me that they’re closed. I was clearly there beforehand and was the last person in line. I will not be back!
