The manager Lonni is rude and antagonistic. Basically no help. She kept saying it’s “between you and ATT, I can’t do anything “ of course suppprt tells me to go back to the physical store to resolve it. Did that at opening this morning! Her response to the “package “ I was given by another employee was “
I wasn’t there, I don’t know what he did” She is the manager. Biggest mess ever! Perhaps the employees shouldn’t be on FaceTime with his twin brother in Florida for the duration of my visit. I am onto xfinity as soon as I get everything returned. I DO NOT want to go back to that store but ATT support says I have to. Horrible service all the way around.

I visited the smyrna store today for a upgrade. Lani was absolutely amazing. Listened to my story and provided insight on exactly what I needed and wanted. The experience was awesome. She not only gained a sale, but also a repeat customer ? ?. Thanks again

Employee was great and tried very hard to fix my problem. AT&T obviously cares little about their long term customers )18 years)or employees. It took several hours to fix my problem and even then you added money to my next email quote. How you can send me an updated quote of $10 increase followed by a $90 increase without any warning payed by autopay. Even though I was given a slightly better quote in the store you sent me a substantially higher quote. How you can keep employees I don't know. My helper took much time and deliberation to fix my problem. I no longer have loyalty to the AT& T corporation and am looking for another server that has respect for their customers and employees efforts.

Went in looking for a phone for my husband. Devon asked questions and made recommendations. We narrowed it down to 2 phones. Devon demonstrated both using pics and video. After picking the phone, Devon smoothly took care of all the details. He took great care of us, and was a pleasure to work with.
You can go to any ATT store for a phone, but I recommend stopping in at Smyrna to work with Devon. Knowledgeable and great customer service!

When we entered the store we were immediately greeted. Lani helped us transfer 2 lines at the Smyrna store! We selected our new phones smoothly after coming from another network. I highly recommend this location.
