I had a really fabulous experience with Bob Johnson computers from start to finish. It was time to upgrade my older toughbook to a newer one and I got tremendously good advice back and forth by email before I made my decision and then it was shipped quickly and was perfect. I'll have to take their word for it this is refurbished because this looks like it just came out of the factory. All the specifications I ordered were installed it was packed beautifully.
I would consider buying my next toughbook from anyone else .

Received my refurbished Panasonic CF-54 today. It is in absolutely brand new condition!!! Bob personally inspected it for wear and use because I am so particular. Thank you so much! I could not be more satisfied.

Very good experience ordering a Toughbook CF-20 for our fire department. Device practically looked like brand new. Friendly staff made the whole experience flawless, would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Being unsure if a CF-31 would work for our CNC machine specific software, I contacted Nike . She and the tech support checked all the specifications of our software and recommended updates to the version I was going to purchase. I ordered it on Friday & received it on Monday. I liked it so much that I ordered another one for my personal use. I was able to get a return customer discount as well. Having a dedicated laptop with a “real” serial port solved 75% of our issues besides. *** Thanks to the great crew at Bob Johnson’s *** Ken Kushi

Reading the reviews one would think they are willing to provide a service, yet they only provided disappointment. The owner (boss) is not that business savy if he turns away business. Look elsewhere for your Toughbook service needs.
