I bought my vehicle at car mart and the transmission is trying to slip. The wheel alignment for the back can't be done its rusted
Like its been in water damage. My stilitrack light is on
My camera went put. The car door locks almost caused me to wreck
And the car was jerking where I almost jerkrd into a driver. The mechanics from different places said they should have never sold me the truck because it is very dangerous. I asked them for help and they said because I didn't get a warranty
They can't do nothing for me
Plus when I bought it there's no oil in the engine we
I took it to Heineken
An d when the opened the hood the whole plastc cover came up that had nothing holding it down
They said my brakes were rusted and to be careful. The wheels on the back had a wear from the inner side of the tires where the car wasn't aligned. They told me they were brand new tires until I kept noticing the truck shaking alot
So this is the kicker. I asked them to trade me for another vehicle. And z.... said no its a good running vehicle and you need too much more money down
Told me not to call or come to them for ant type of help for the vehicle. So if ypu guys are saying ypu have a goid deal
Wait until you have to use the 2500k warranty that don't hardly cover any thing. And their shop has charged a friend of mines. Like almost 2k . And he has a warranty that don't cover jack. So if ypu have a vehicle take it back before its too laye. They are non humans. That don't cado not shop to any of thesesre if you get killed in a vehicle thats in my condition
I can't even drive no where far away
My docs in Newark can't drive. And scared to drive it too many times back to back. So be wise don't shop at any car mart in y area
Or you will be robbed of unsatisfactory services
God loves the truth and I have spilled my night mare.

Will update this in a month or so after driving the car. But initial inpressions are fantastic. Great service, they worked with me on the price, and i was able to walk away with a beautiful 2012 honda civic with 138k miles for 8k including 2 year registration and free 3 month warrenty. Only time will tell how the car last but as mentioned ill update in a month on how the car is doing
Forgot to update, it’s been well over a month and the car is still going strong.

I had a very pleasant experience at Smyrna car mart. Purchasing a car can make you extremely nervous. It makes a huge difference when the dealer explains everything and it try’s their best to make it work for you. He went through everything step by step and helped me to stay within my budget. They even washed the car before I left. I recommend Smyrna carmart if you are looking for a vehicle even with less than perfect credit.
