Walked in with a smile but unfortunately had a bad first impression at this salon. No greeting at all, no hello, good afternoon or how can i help you. The workers literally continued working and did not even look up at me. I will never spend my money where im not wanted.

The vibe was so weird. Not a welcoming feeling at all. Was 20 minutes past my appointment time when taken back. Pedicure was by far the roughest and most painful experience I've ever had. He dug so much around my toes there gaps. I am not looking forward to the pain I'm going to feel the next few days. You cut away, not tear at the skin...and he kept looking away while pushing back my cuticles. Needless to say, my feet are sore and the polish looks like my daughter painted my nails to top it off.

I absolutely love this place. I’m from outta state, My boyfriend surprised me with me getting my nails done. Now I have a go to place when I’m visiting. I love Bryan. He’s great. He took very good care of me while I was there. I’m going there now as we speak. I don’t care about the other reviews because I know I had an amazing experience!! The green nails are from when my boyfriend took me the first time, so yes. They are 3 weeks old….I will Post my after pictures when I’m done today.

This nail salon was really cool because I called like Friday afternoon and they actually fit me in that evening. They have good hours like they’re open pretty late I think it’s like 730 at night so that’s really accommodating for people who work. And the owner is super nice and friendly and she will go above and beyond to make sure that you’re satisfied and you know if you walk in and it’s busy she will find a way to fit you in. The atmosphere is really nice and it’s super clean and just a really good spot to get your nails done and toes.

A previous customer recommended it to me for a nail appointment, but it was very disappointing. Despite scheduling my appointment in advance, I had to wait an extra hour because they had marked it in the wrong spot. It seems like they overbook and don't have enough staff to properly take care of their customers. I would have gone to BB Nails, but they were booked. To make matters worse, the person doing my nails kept pointing out how crooked they were before even finishing. Then I left with crooked rushed nails $70.00 later. I strongly advise against going to this salon and suggest trying BB Nails instead.Service: Acrylic nails

Had mani and pedi done here on several occasions and each time the work was very sloppy and rushed. I found a better salon in Dover that’s consistently good and their work is amazing!

Lisa did a wonderful job on my ties and nails. Made my rough feet smooth again. Even gave my daughter her 1st eyebrow waxing.
