I went to the Smyrna location, Steve helped me so much and Gabby was amazing, I couldn’t recommend this place more. They made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. I will 100% be coming back here !

We bought a SUV from Colonial 2 yrs ago and it’s been one of the BEST experiences we’ve ever had. Colonial has done all the service on it and we’ve never had any issues with the service guys (Joe is the best) or anyone there. One of our kids even purchased her truck from them. Top notch! Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

bought a Pacifica from this company. when I purchased a vehicle it had transmission problems the check engine light was on and the headlight was messed up. we kept on taking it into the shop and telling them there was transmission problem. they kept on telling us it was something else. after the third time of bringing it in complaining about the same problem they finally fixed the transmission. check engine light still came on we took it to AutoZone got paperwork that showed what was wrong with it. took it back to colonial motors and they never fixed everything on the list. went there today to sit there and said hey this has been in the shop more than we've been able to enjoy the vehicle Rich the owner came out and threatened my wife to get off the property that he wasn't going to fix it after he sold us a piece of junk vehicle. threatened to call the cops and then close the door on my wife's leg and then threatened her. I am getting a lawyer but I just want to let anybody know that's going there do not buy a car from them they will lie to you and tell you junk that they will not fix they'll make you buy insurance that makes you cost more money that's how they're making money there. the only good person to deal with that I had an enjoyment of dealing with with Gabby she's the only nice person there that doesn't lie.

I recommend Colonial Motors 1000%. From the time I walked into their office Gabby and Steve made me feel welcomed and any uneasy feelings disappeared. They are up front and are direct with their answers with any questions you may have. They don’t push anything on you and you never feel pressured to buy anything. This was my first time here and they have a customer for life now.
