This place don't deserve a star! Place need to be closed down. Charged my close family member a hefty amount monthly to store her furniture. Family went to take their furniture out of storage, to find it was infested with mice. These people need to pay for all her damaged furniture. Had the nerve to say she didn't have insurance on her items. I'm angry about the situation. Need to be sued!

My mom has just rented a storage from here and it is storing some of my belongings in it as well. The DE Storage in Clayton. The unit is spacious and clean. So far she has been Very pleased and impressed with the customer service that my mom has received with all her questions being answered upon rental and was very satisfied with speaking with Ana

DE Storage in Clayton Delaware is awesome. Very clean inside and out. I have a climate controlled unit and it’s great! Ana, the facility manager is amazing and very friendly. She answered all of my questions and provided me with helpful information. The prices are very reasonable and with the Summer discounts that are available, it’s a no brainer. Definitely better than other storage facilities in the area. I highly recommend DE Storage in Clayton!

The worker was very nice and helpful. The 4 month, 50% off the normal monthly price excited me. But what excited me the most was they had units with A.C. and heat. The application process took less than five minutes.
