Dollar Tree is located on 13 in Smyrna and gets a lot of activity, so it can be congested and crowded. It is a great place to buy birthday cards, gift bags, and party supplies. They have a good variety of merchandise and keep well stocked. However, the store is a mess and the workers can have unprofessional attire. The registers can be slow and the parking lot is tight and annoying to navigate.

The reason for my rating is because of the workers unprofessional work attire. When did it become okay for employees to wear above the knee spandex short to work? Management needs to reassess their hiring strategy, or have a manager onsite.

This store is a mess. It is basically the same as every other Dollar Tree. Great place to by birthday cards, gift bags and party supplies.
