Female Manager was rude and had an attitude with her employees and the customers. Pulled cashier off register to do balloons when she was asked to do them and he was trying to get his register back online.

Dollar Tree has too few employees, merchandise should be on the shelves not in boxes that are blocking aisles. One can't shop for trying to get to the shelf that has a huge dolly blocking the merchandise. Hire more than the bare minimum of workers, this has been going on for years and keep the store Clean.the store s

This is the filthiest Dollar Tree in Delaware. The Manager is subpar, 1 Cashier with long lines and no staff assistance. Zero ratings.

The reason for my rating is because of the workers unprofessional work attire. When did it become okay for employees to wear above the knee spandex short to work? Management needs to reassess their hiring strategy, or have a manager onsite.

Have never seen a store so dirty, disorganized and understocked. They barely had anything on the shelves. It's all in boxes scattered across the store. Very disappointing

This store is a mess. It is basically the same as every other Dollar Tree. Great place to by birthday cards, gift bags and party supplies.

This Dollar Tree is located right on 13 in Smyrna. It gets a lot of activity, so it's a little congested and crowded. They do have a good variety of merchandise, and always keep well stocked. The people running the registers can be a little slow which is frustrating if you're in a hurry. The parking lot is a bit annoying since the shopping center wraps around. It can be tight to navigate.
