They were very nice and thorough. I have had an ongoing issue with my car that I took it to the dealership about. My check engine light was back on 2 days after the dealer worked on it (491.00). The dealer wasn't even nice not aline accomodating. TJ and the the crew were nice (always are) and covered my diagnostic and part since they had worked on it over a year ago for the same issue.
Very nice dependable and trustworthy!.

Please do not bring your vehicle to this place they all are a bunch of kids that I guess all watch videos how work on cars no experience or knowledge at all and also very arrogant counter people they mess my car up

Thank you! I almost didn't stop here, thinking they would not have what I needed or would not be able to see me today if they did. Thankfully, I went with optimism. Mark met my needs. He and all the staff I encountered were cordial and professional. Also, fyi, the waiting area is comfortable and tech-equipped.

Went in to have vehicle looked at due to a noise I was hearing. Ended up being something different than I assumed. They were able to fix the issue the same day. The young man at the front was very polite and helpful.

I've been in for an oil change and a tire rotation twice ( $126 ). I spoke to the manager at the time. Customer service was great. All of the questions and concerns that I had were answered. When asking what model car I had He ran off all of the models of my vehicle before I could even remember which one I had. Man, he is good ;o) ... Overall, everything was good. The only thing is the lady there seemed like she had an attitude. I was told it would be about an hour and a half, so I left my car. There are a few discrepancies but nothing to be concerned about. They do run on the more expensive end for maintenance service, but they say you get what you pay for right. Hopefully, they will send me some coupons. Thanks for the good work, Firestone. If you're in the middletown area, go to the middletown location also... or the Smyrna location .... Tell them I sent you...
