I brought my 7 yr old daughter in for a haircut. The young girl that said she was the “manager” was very rude. She had an attitude from the time we walked in. When confronted her about her attitude and simply asked if she was ok, she got very defensive. No smile, she did not greet her customers at all. She was clearly in a bad mood and it made my daughter uncomfortable as well. I lost my cool and told her about herself before walking out and going to another location in Dover where they actually know how to treat their customers.

The ppl were fantastic, I'm very grateful to finally get my hair done. My only issue is the cost way out of my budget! But NEXT time it shouldn't be that costly. Great bunch of ppl, very welcoming & warm.

Honestly not good anymore.I have a short buzzcut and I’m beginning to grow it out. Honestly I could have done a better job myself for free then paying $22 for someone to complain they’re tired. Also the wait times are ridiculous! Even if you check in online a bunch of people get in front of you although you’ve been sitting there for an hour. I think this whole franchise needs a revamp. These stylists are getting rushed with 15 people waiting for a cut and they get sloppy and mess up. Luckily I don’t care too much at the moment because like I said I’ve been rocking a buzzcut since January. But I’m not good at scissoring the top. I’m trying to now keep the sides shorter so the top can grow and it grow with grace and shape. But I shouldn’t leave with hair stuck all over my face and having to come home and cut around my ears the correct way. Also someone who didn’t say two words to me except she’s tired.Once my hair get longer I'm definitely going back to my girl at her own shop in Dover. I didn’t expect a quick 2 clipper shave on the sides and a quick evening out on top to be so dramatic.Service: Haircut
