Giving one star is being way too generous. I came in with my mom. We had made an appointment for a Saturday morning. We both were getting the same service, pedicure, and gel manicure. We both sat down for a pedicure. I was given a completely different service than she was. I had oil on my legs lotion, a foot massage and a hot towel. All she had was a soak, a scrub and her toes painted. When we went to get our nails done, The woman doing her nails had her regular walk in for a pedicure so again same service completely different job done. My girl not only painted my nails she took her time filing, cutting my cuticles shaping my nails gave me a lotion massage on my hands and arms up to my elbows and finished with a cuticle oil but because somebody’s regular was sitting in a pedicure chair my mom‘s woman let her hands soak in a bowl of water, Then she quickly filed them quickly slapped on the wrong color Paint on them did not lotion her hands or her arm for that matter and did not give her a cuticle oil was very rude and rushed her entire service along, but didn’t hesitate when they wanted to charge us $180. We will not be back. It’s a shame that if you go there for the first time you’re treated like they don’t care to get Your business again, Definitely won’t be getting ours! I didn’t need pampered neither one of us needed to feel like they had to roll out the red carpet for us. We just decided we were going to treat ourselves to a Mani Pedi and probably could’ve done better ourselves for a fraction of the price.

Rushed my nails and did not listen to what I wanted. Nails not shaped square and didn’t take the time to make sure they all were the same length will not be back.

I was charged 90$ for a simple gel pedicure with no designs. The pedicure lasted 25 minutes and one of my toes chipped the day of, which they fixed for me. I was disappointed with the high price of the pedicure, which was not posted in the salon.

If I could start this with a stronger negative tone, I would. I've never encountered such rudeness in my life. This isn't an isolated incident; it's happened multiple times, and I've always let it slide, but not anymore. The owner is extremely rude and racist. She treats customers with a condescending attitude and yells at them as if they were children. She went off on me just because I mentioned I had texted Jennifer, the nail technician, requesting both a pedicure and nails. The owner became incredibly rude and started yelling because they didn’t have time for my pedicure. When I asked her to calm down and questioned her rude behavior, she told me to leave and continued to yell. Please avoid this place if you don't want to experience poor customer service.

Horrible attitude, Horrible disposition, Horrible customer service. This place will never get my business ever again. I went there a few weeks ago for a polish change, and even though I felt like I was overcharged (the girl just made up a number off the top of her head), I didn't make a big deal of it because the work was pretty decent. I went back two weeks later for the same service and there were 3 people in the waiting area. As I picked up the pen to sign in, the woman in the front asked what service I was getting. I told her a polish change. She said, rudely, we can't take you today, we don't have any time for that service. I'm thinking to myself, a polish change takes maybe 10-15 minutes. It wasn't like I was getting a full refill. I said, excuse me, what do you mean you don't have any time for that service? She said we're backed up with appointments and can't do your nails. I point to the sign that clearly states WALK-INS WELCOME! She said we can't do you today. As much as I wanted to tell her off and tell her where she and that nail salon could go, I calmly walked out and took my business AND MY MONEY down the street to Coco Nails, who gladly did my polish change. Hot MESS Nails will never have to worry about me patronizing their business again.

The girl who did my mani and pedi did a good job this time..The staff is not much friendly. I use this nail salon when I have limited time and not my first choice, close to home. Also they are very slow and even when you make an appointment you wait too long. They cater to the black people, they make up there own prices for different services,adding $5 to $7 extra on your total balance, saying 'oh we added wrong sorry' so take the extra minute or 2 to check over your bill for there services before you pay them. Yes I said it. This is my review. Thank you.
