Just because you have a check-in machine doesn't mean that you shouldn't acknowledge people once they walk-in. Also, put the damn machine upfront next to the window.

Large female employee was very rude. Treated me like I was annoying her simply trying to check in. Not a good place to go if you have a low tolerance for rude and ignorant staff. I almost cursed her out. Here's the kicker; they have a sign on the window saying that the customers should be nice to the staff!!! Is this a joke?!?!?!?

I waited for a half hour in a filthy and run down drawing room. There was blood on two walls and some kind of scum everywhere else. Everything was dirty, and it was gross. It made me very nervous, and queasy. I did not have my blood drawn; I’ll go elsewhere.

2 older women in front always unfriendly. Second what services offered by labcorp should be available at all locations but are not

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Get there at 6:30 rings the bell and no one acknowledge that someone is waiting. 20 mins later, no one still comes to the door. Hours does say 6-9:30. If this time is wrong then the system needs to be updated. This is the second time I've come to this location and the workers just sit there and they are never on time.

I Always go to Labcorp, Never feel the needle when I get bloodwork, Staff is always friendly. Went this morning and didnt have to wait probably because of holidays, but it was a very pleasant experience

I requested lab work be sent to provider. I’m still trying to get it sent & therefore still don’t have a prescription which is waiting on the lab work. No one answers the phone here.
