This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Get there at 6:30 rings the bell and no one acknowledge that someone is waiting. 20 mins later, no one still comes to the door. Hours does say 6-9:30. If this time is wrong then the system needs to be updated. This is the second time I've come to this location and the workers just sit there and they are never on time.

I Always go to Labcorp, Never feel the needle when I get bloodwork, Staff is always friendly. Went this morning and didnt have to wait probably because of holidays, but it was a very pleasant experience

I requested lab work be sent to provider. I’m still trying to get it sent & therefore still don’t have a prescription which is waiting on the lab work. No one answers the phone here.

I love the Smyrna location, I am an extremely hard stick. I actually fear getting blood work done, but after meeting one of their employees named Rebecca St Dennis, I no longer am afraid, she doesn't fish for a vein, she listens to the patients, an is the best at what she does, if for some reason she's not their, I would leave an come back when she is. I hope that her Boss knows exactly how good she is at what she does, she deserves a raise believe me. She has got me on the first try every single time, that has never happened to me, no one but her has ever done that. Sincerely R. Reed

The website shows that they close at 11 am on saturdays. I arrived at 9:39 AND they said that they close at 9:30. Completely ridiculous, you need to update the website.

I have never had a problem. I base my rating on how outstanding and professional everyone of them is at drawing your blood. Quick, they make it look easy, and painless. Never had to be stuck more than once for them having to search for a vein. This office is always busy, busy, busy. Can’t imagine someone being under such a busy schedule and being so efficient at the important job.

The only things I find convenient about this place are the location and the fact that you can do self check in with relatively short waiting time. I find the place to be dingy and the drawing rooms walls are filthy. It really makes me wonder if I want to have my blood drawn at all. It is also obvious that some of the staff would rather be anywhere else but there.

They ignore phone calls entirely. I've watched them just sit there and hear the phone ring. They also refuse to speak to people at the window as walk-ins. Unless they're white. Very bad place. I wish there were other ways to report this behavior. This is completely unacceptable.

I don't understand the bad reviews, every time that I have been there has gone well for me. Check in is easy, the techs make drawing blood look easy and they are very pleasant people. I try to go early, it can get a little busy later in the day, but that's just the nature of the beast.

Called the phone number to find the hours on Saturday - the recording said 6am-10am. I arrived at 9:05 and was told that they were closed. I told the lady I had called the phone number and it said 10 am. She told me that the hours were posted in the hallway outside the door. The sign that was not in the hallway did say 9:30 am. I don't know about you but I can't see the sign in the hallway from my house or on the internet. I explained to her that I had drove from Dover. She rudely told me that the Dover location was open on state street. I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Needless to say I wasn't able to get my blood work. People just don't want to do their job these days.

They lost my monthly standing order. I had been going for several months, and all they had to do was look it up on the computer. It was not on the computer today. The supervisor was rude and extremely condescending. For example, she said that it probably wasn't sent in as a standing order, or it had run out, or it wasn't faxed. All untrue since I had already used it for 3 months. I tried to say that I had been using it for the last three months, and I was totally blown off by her. Now I will admit, I did get testy, and the supervisor said she was done with me. Will NEVER go back there again.

Lady at the front desk did not feel like doing her job. Not sure if any of the other locations are better but skip this one if you can or bring extra time and patience.
