I’ve been going here for years and hands-down, the best place to go. They always give me the information upfront and anything I need to know going forward about the repairs. They also look for anything needing changed in the future and letting me know about how soon it needs to be changed. My previous car that I was taking good care of lasted me over 200,000 miles. I wouldn’t have gotten that high without the help and care of this, Auto Shop.

The work and attention to detail is exemplary, the staff very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, and their ability to address all of our automotive needs have not been surpassed by any other automotive mechanics place of business! My transfer case broke on my way from Ohio to Maryland, I called this mechanic shop right when they were about to close, the next day they drove to another state to pickup a transfer case for me and they had it installed within 5hrs of the time that I dropped off my vehicle that's including the time to drive to another state to get the transfer case. I stayed at a hotel that was 2 miles down the road, they even went out of their way to pick me up to come get my vehicle when it was fixed so I didn't have to walk all the way there. I'm alway super skeptical to have my vehicle worked on by a mechanic but this place did a great job, im glad I broke down where I did and I'm glad they were the place that I picked to fix it. The front desk worker was also very nice and always called me to keep me updated with how things were going. If you need a mechanic this is definitely a great place to go to, without them I'd still be stranded but they got me back on the road within 5hrs after I dropped my vehicle off to them.

Had the best experience getting a pre-purchase vehicle inspection done. They found several notable items I was able to get the dealer to repair at their expense prior to purchase. Scheduled last second and had it done in an hour. Highly recommend!

Good, honest Mechanics.
The nicest auto shop I’ve ever been to. They took the time to explain each necessary repair to me and did an exceptional job.

My daughter had an issue with her vehicle and Mac’s Auto Service. They took my phone call Tuesday afternoon, her vehicle was scheduled to be looked at the next morning and she received her vehicle back Thursday morning. Everyone at the shop was wonderful, customer service was spectacular and very quick service. I would recommend the shop to anyone.
