“We have used DE Sign Shop for tee-shirts, hoodies, business cards, koozies, coasters, and outdoor building signs and have been very satisfied with all of the work and the customer service. No matter if we tell him exactly what we need or ask him to be creative and design us something, Denny always delivers! Highly recommend!”

“The “Trophy Man,” as he is known to many, is a highly respected professional whom I have had the pleasure of getting to know. The work he provided for the Department of Residential Education at Delaware State University was truly phenomenal, and the final product exceeded our expectations.
On behalf of our entire department, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for your outstanding service, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to valuing your customers. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed.
Individuals like you are rare, and we truly need more people who operate with the same level of character and care. You have become more than a service provider to us you have become family.”

“I had to return equipment to AT&T today. They would not provide a shipping label because they said it was not necessary. I called this UPS store because I had never heard of returning something without a shipping label. The man at UPS Smyrna said just come to the store I will help you. When I got there he found the label I needed through my account number on my phone and printed the label for me and said he would handle everything from here. Such rare excellence in customer service is hard to find today. I didn’t even know this store existed, I found it on Google. I am so glad we have this store with such nice people in Smyrna and I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you so much for your help today I will definitely be back!”
