Pharmacy staff some very rude nasty and ignorant. The lady pharmacist is ignorant and she needs to be checked she messed up my medications I call my insurance company to rectify the problem she hang up on them and was beyond rude and nasty one of the girls well rude isn't the word threw my medication at Me. How dare you treat people this way. Some of the other team member very passionate and professional I wish I knew there names so they could be recognized for their work and kindness.... you don't like your job don't work.....

This is not intended to disrespect anyone but give an overall complaint to management and corporateI have crossed path with the manager ( mary) on multiple occasions, everytime I do so I have noticed an awful lingering smell of cigarettes off her. The smell is so bad it makes me want to throw up and almost pass out, this is really disgusting and nasty. I can imagine the 2nd hand smoke I probably get from being near her. Personal hygiene does not seem to be an issue to this individual, and I feel very bad for the employees who have to work with her. This is not professionalism at all. This is pure disrespect to the customers and even the employees, cause a person who works in management should not smell this awful

Our regular Rite Aid we use did not have the new Covid booster our doctor told us to get. When I went online and saw it was available in the Smyrna Rite AId on Glenview Avenue, we went up and were able to get it there. It was nice that their website was up-to-date to see that they had the particular one we wanted and that no appointment was necessary, and that they had the flu shots available, too. The staff in the pharmacy (only ones we dealt with) were the nicest people and very helpful. If you live close to this Rite Aid, I do not think you would regret making it your pharmacy. We appreciate them also for having the booster so we could get it and be done with this lateset one since no place near us has it except Walgreens. We dealt with Walgreens years ago and quit because of lack of customer service, and when I would call in advance (2-4 days) for prescription refills, they were not ready, and I would have to stand there after work and wait. This was before requesting online was available. We 'moved' to Rite Aid and have been pleased ever since.

Was a loyal Walgreens pharmacy shopper for years but their slack has led to me coming here and I love it MUCH better here. The store is very clean and bright, the staff is friendly, and best of all, the pharmacy is great! They get my medicine done the same day it was sent, and Walgreens just couldn't do that for me. One time rite aid was out of my medicine, but they had it by when they promised the next day and that's all I can ask for, is a pharmacy I can count on. After dealing with Walgreens, this place is top notch. This is definitely my new pharmacy and quick stop shop!

I bought a few items from this location today. The man at the front register wasn't wearing a mask and had the nerve to cough in his hand before he gave me my receipt. That was totally disqusting considering there's a pandemic going on in the world. Whether vaccinated or not you still need to wear a mask!

Has anyone else not noticed since the Covid lock down!The floor in front of the Pharmacy counter of all places is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!How can you sell drugs to help peoples health while they stand in germs to receive them!
