My one star rating is strictly for visit on Saturday July 12 at 2:15, one cashier Jenny ..other than the below, I love Roses in Smyrna, shop in there at least once or more a week, would normally rate that store a 4 plus, HOWEVER, I am so sick of hearing about the Roses Reward Program and those who want to be part of the program not being prepared at check out and cashier name Jenny taking these customers cell phone, searching for text messages for the rewards program, getting whatever is needed for the program on customers cell phones, asking those customers how to do or find etc on their cell ALL THE WHILE SHE IS DISREGARDING THERE IS A LONG LINE OF OTHER PAYING NO ROSES REWARDS PROGRAM CONTRIBUTOR CUSTOMERS like at least 6, STANDING, WAITING TO BE CHECKED OUT in her only check out line open, many of these customers are senior citizens, physically disabled one or two items etc she doesn’t call for assistance to open another register, because she doesn’t look up instead fooling with a customers cell phone who is not prepared for what ever is needed to be provided or part of the rewards program, that’s not part of your job, efficiently, being attentive, steady service to ALL paying customers is, that is very poor customer service by her, constantly I have witnessed this and I never experienced that from any of the other cashiers, they check out 4 customers to her 1, are very efficient, attentive and professional, it is too hot outside and inside that store for this nonsense, there are many elderly, physically disabled individuals who shop there regularly and should not have to deal with this poor customer service from that cashier or those non prepared at check out for whatever the Roses rewards program shoppers are doing, being offered, if you want to assist those unprepared at check out, great, BUT call for another employee to assist other waiting customers …please do better because you are going to loose regular weekly shoppers, business, there is Dollar Tree and two Dollar General stores in Smyrna for shoppers!!

I would like to know if the fill a cart for $25 is true because I am 2 hours away this really seems unreal but I would love to experience this especially because I'm on disability

Roses is one of those secret spot kind of stores. If you know, you know! This location always has all the essential items I'm looking for. There's a wonderful woman here who ensures customers are well taken care of, whether you're in line to check out or still shopping around the store. She truly makes shopping a pleasant experience.
The store offers a wide variety of items like clothes, shoes, household products, toys, furniture, and more. I often go in for one thing but end up leaving with more because I can't help myself. This store never disappoints!

This is one of Smyrna's hidden secrets. The store is organized and clean, the employees are cordial, helpful and friendly. You can find most things, like this wall art for the home, at an affordable price. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

I've been remiss in posting this review... and you must know that the staff at this company offered EXTRAORDINARY service! Kudos #1 - In 2019, I saw a lovely white patio set at someone's home. She told me it was purchased at Roses. I looked online. Found the set. Loved the price... Called the store to purchase it before I left town for a family crisis but was advised I couldn't do so - and it was the last set available?. Because I was so desperate to have it, I contacted the corporate office & spoke to a woman (Charlotte Blackburn?) who made a special arrangement for me. By God's grace, the set was still at the store when I returned. // Kudos #2 - On 6/25/19, Michelle, Sean (manager) & Joe (assistant manager) helped with making my purchase an easy task on site. Given my disability, some staff members helped me take items to the car & found additional store items to purchase to better secure the patio set in my vehicle. Kudos #3 - Made an attempt to assemble patio table on 7/8/2019 and found one leg was defective... Called store. Spoke to Sean, and he advised that another table was available on the floor & I can come get it... It was definitely the last table available for the season.. I exchanged the patio table at store on 7/13/19. The manager, Sean, retrieved the other one for me... All the staff have been professional, friendly & gracious through my entire purchasing experience.*Found these notes that I kept in my phone and definitely believe they are worthy to share. Please give the staff a special honor for their superb work??❤
