Loretta in the office is amazing. However, my access wouldn't work on my moving day which was a Sunday. The website has no after hours contact number listed, this cost me an extra day of truck rental asking with extra fees from the truck rental company, I also had to pay my movers for an extra day. They offered no compensation to me for this at all. To be fair there is an after hours number posted on the office door which is not visible unless you walk up to the door. I however did not walk to the door because, I knew the office was closed and, that info should be listed on the website in my opinion. I also have a minor issue with the fact that you have to put your code in when exiting, this is just a personal preference for me and doors not affect my rating but, having to put the code in to leave is just an annoyance as the keypad isn't exactly easy to reach in a normal vehicle. Again, that has nothing to do with my rating just, feedback for the owner.
I will say, I'm not sure why I had to get rental insurance but, whatever. I have noticed other reviews staying the office staff is rude and mentioning how expensive they are. Sentinel is competitively priced being right in the middle, have late access hours and, most importantly, have a polite, professional and, knowledgeable desk agent in Loretta.

I’ve had the unit since September 2020. The price was great then and it started going up since then. It seems a little high but I’m satisfied this far with my storage unit.

Close by where I live, easy access, those in the office have always been easy to talk to and are always courteous as they answer my questions.

This storage unit is the best customer service was excellent I sent my movers ahead of me to unpack some of my stuff it was no problem the next day went and met I think her name is Mrs Loretta beautiful lady sweet spirt

We moved from Delaware to Alabama. We used Sentinel Storage to store all of our house belonging for almost 2 years. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The grounds are kept clean and secure. If we ever move back to the area and need any storage needs we will absolutely use Sentinel again!

I truly enjoyed going to the storage unit for my items. The gates are always locked and you get a code to unlock it. I always felt safe and it is clean. The staff at Smyrna are wonderful. I can’t say enough about how professional the staff is, especially Loretta. If you are ever needing storage for any length of time, consider Sentinel Storage in Smyrna.

Very clean units and courteous staff. Rent is a little high for the smaller unit but as long as you don't do long term it shouldn't be too too bad on the pockets.

Our family rented storage units with the Smyrna location for more than 2 years. The property units exterior + interiors are well kept and very clean. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and thorough with helping customers find the perfect size units and lease that best fit their needs. Above and beyond the BEST!
