Our machine broke down, so off to find a laundromat we went. There are machines ranging in price, some $4.50, $4.75, $6 and $7.50. I honestly have no idea what the difference between the $4.50 and $4.75 truly is lol. The dryers are a bit confusing, but we did not get overcharged as far as I could tell. I like the convenience of using a card, but if I had to go there again, I would probably use quarters for more control. The location was clean. It was very tight in there space wise. I recommend checking out the other Smyrna laundromat to compare prices, if you have the chance :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. The reason we went is I'm waiting on new washer and the machines take debit. This place is horrible. It is so dusty, there is no ac, the dryers smell awful, and washers have damage inside to the holes. Be careful what you wash and check the metal for damage before you load. There is no restroom or sink.I usually use the one by acme to do large blankets and comforters but they don't take debit at machines. I thought I would try smyrna laundry for convenience. Please don't make same mistake I did. Go to one by acme. It has ac, the owner is so nice, there is a restroom and sink. It's Also clean.

It was my first time here and it was really expensive but I thought it would wash good but it didn’t. The washing machine washed my clothes really bad. I when I dryer it it didn’t dry well and most of my stuff were ripped because there were sharp things in the machine. Never coming back. I like my regular one better.

Always clean, always quiet. Have instructions on how to use the card readers on the machines. Very convenient when I don’t have cash. Have been coming for six months. Never a bad experience here.

My first visit to wash my prized comforter given to me from my beloved mom, Addie! I found this facility to be very clean and had an adequate selection of machines for use. When I had a concern, I contacted Mr. Joseph (as their CONTACT DATA IS VISIBLE for patrons) and he responded and apologized immediately! Wow! He was professional, kind and attentive! More importantly, he addressed and resolved the situation in a timely fashion! Thank you, Joe!!

Card readers do not work. Save yourself time and use quarters. But on the bright side very clean and well kept laundromat.

Tried to use the card to pay. I ran it through once. Nothing happened. Ran the card again and no Bueno. Put 17 quarters in the machine. It finally started. No visible way of contacting management. Any help would be appreciated.
