I would 100% recommend this facility. I had storages in Sentinnel, MOT and SSS, and hands down, I got the best value for money AND, exceptional service from Smyrna Self Storage, relative to the others. I really appreciate the fairness and personable approach of John and his team. Truly a God-send.

Anyone needing a storage unit in the Smyrna Delaware area should contact Smyrna Self Storage. We had 2 storage units one being with this location and without a question the best group to rent from. I would rent from them again if the need arises. Thank you for your great service.

Poor customer service, I've called them on the 20th 2hrs into them opening. No one answers the phone so I left a message. On the 21st I filled out their inquiring form on their website. By the 22nd I called again, still no answer. It's like they don't want paying customers.
