I live in the residential area right by their dumpsters. They have trash picked up 3 times a week at ungodly times of the morning anytime from 4ish to 6ish. It’s been at nightmare since I’ve moved in. I’m going to look into the noise ordinance in this town and make some complaints.

This apartment is ran by a bunch of unprofessional people. They’re very rude and shouldn’t be managing this complex if they do not know how to talk to people. They have bed bugs in their sunnyside apartments called them about it and nothing was resolved. Please do not rent here

Now I'm paying 1200 the staff and maintenance are awful takes months for them to fix anything. If there is an issue they send nasty letters
