“Old guy here who is tired of doing his own maintenance. Auto-tech is now my mechanic. Brought my car in for oil change, transmission fluid change, and coolant change. Bought my leased car and now need to get it ready for more mileage.
Easy appointment although I had to wait a week. Service completed that day as promised.
Unlike the dealer and nationwide oil change places, all fasteners on the underside were there and all tightened. The service reminder sticker placed on the car didn't say it was due in 3,000 miles but an accurate and reasonable reminder was selected.
Transmission fluid changed several times as the color of the existing fluid was dark. Extra steps taken by the mechanic shows he is interested in my car's longevity. The price was reasonable for the work performed.
Coolant not replaced - the mechanic said it's not yet necessary. How often has this happened to you? Never.
Overall, of course I am very satisfied with the service received and pricing is reasonable for what you are getting.

“The Towing Company with heart of gold! I was stuck, locked out of my rental car with a dead battery in a field in Dover . Luckily Mac, the owner, came to the rescue. He really went above and beyond to help me make sure I was able to catch my flight out of PHL. He was quickly able to get me into the vehicle and jumpstarted, but then when there was an antitheft function he was unable to bypass, he gave me a ride to town in order to catch my rideshare to the airport. This was after he tried everything in the book to get the ignition out of anti-theft, and then even asked his wife to go over to the local rental agency to check at the counter for a availability of a replacement. Mac and Mc Kinney's are a company of integrity that's becoming more rare in this world. Have full trust in Mc Kinney's if you ever need assistance.”

“I am personally used Harris towing several times personally and have never had an issue when my car broke down alongside the road they moved my vehicle to the shop without any issues. However I currently reside in a community that has signs all around that if people are illegally parked blocking you in that you should call Harris towing and although several members of our community have called Harris to remove the illegally Park to vehicles out of the way of the mailbox parallel parts behind other members in the community they refuse to come out and tow vehicles that are illegally parked even though they have a contractual agreement with our community and again signs posted all over the community to call them to remove the vehicles I'm very disappointed in this service
