“My package was supposed to be delivered 12/22. It bounced between Bear and Wilmington three times. Each time the delivery date changed. Today it showed back in Bear with a delivery date of 12/26. This was a Christmas present and I needed it. I went to the back of the building and there was an employee back and he said he would check. He came back out a few minutes later with someone dressed like one of Santa’s helpers and he had my package. That made my day thank you.”
“Service has greatly improved now that the lady who used to work at the Deepwater Branch is at the counter. How refreshing it is to just come in and set down my prepaid packages to scan and get a drop off receipt. No more dirty looks as soon as I walk in. No more lectures about the kind of packaging I use or if one tiny spot of tape isnt smooth. Amazing how hundreds if e commerce customers have never once complained about my packages being unsecured upon arrival. No more nasty, curt replies if I have any additional questions. No more witnessing other customers being spoken to in rude, condescending ways as I wait in line. Now the newer staff and the nice lady that recently transferred take my package, circle the survey, and wish me a good day. Going to the post office isnt an ordeal anymore.”

“I saw a lot of negative reviews for this place and I had a great experience so I wanted to shout it out! The guy at the front desk (sadly I forget his name— I think it was sabbhan or something similar?) was awesome and went out of his way to get me the best deal on shipping a gift out to a friend. He was great and super friendly! My only critique about the place is that, because the building is so small, it’s hard to find their boxes and cards and etc. they are hidden behind by the exit. But I love this place!”

I went back today for another reason and while I waited in line I watched him take care of other customers with genuine kindness. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me today but she was excellent as well. Thank you!”
“I spoke with the delivery supervisor, Augustina, today to track down a package and get it moving to its destination. She was persistent in tracking it down, explained the reason for the issue/delay, and seemed committed to getting it moving. She mentioned that my postal carrier out of that office found the error and took the initiative to resolve it. I am so appreciative.”
“Can I come get a new one and it so I don't have any time on Thursday the airport at boat and trailer I will get a new one nickname is great and the people who have to go back in town on Friday the airport and then I can help in touch soon with some night like it so he do that I can still use this one likes it so I don't have a ride to be expensive the left and then go down on Friday and Saturday I will get a new one nickname that I can help with that too I can get you in for a while but it will take me and my family so he do is a nice place and I can get it so r and I will send the rest to the bus to do it after the airport on Friday the bus stop now”

The reason this post office has very poor reviews is because of the previous lady who worked here for many years. The new gentleman is a breath of fresh air… Believe me?? Thank you Jesus…..?????????”
