“I love these guys. They don’t make any issues of anything when I’m dropping off prepaid labels. I help them lift all my packages to make it as easy as possible for them. I drop off some heavy packages at 70lbs each and they don’t make a fuss of it. Compared to other locations where they do. In my opinion them having such a low rating makes no sense to me. I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue once. Thank you all. You’re the best!”

If you want your day brightened and attentive service, definitely go to this post office. The lady at the front desk, Natasha, is so so sweet and helpful and patient! I was nervous doing a money order for the first time/ sending a passport application for the first time but she helped me every step of the way and brightened my entire day too!”

“I recently visited the Post Office and had a great experience thanks to Samuel. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I had quite a few questions about the shipping process, and he took the time to walk me through everything step by step without rushing me.
He made what could've been a confusing process feel simple and stress-free. It's clear he takes pride in helping customers, and that kind of service doesn't go unnoticed.

I messed up, big time, wrote the address upside down, receiver to sender instead of sender to receiver, the employee there helped me correct my mistake, he was not angry, he was chill. It was really nice of him, he found a way to cover it and then re did my thing, this guy is the GOAT!”
“Service has greatly improved now that the lady who used to work at the Deepwater Branch is at the counter. How refreshing it is to just come in and set down my prepaid packages to scan and get a drop off receipt. No more dirty looks as soon as I walk in. No more lectures about the kind of packaging I use or if one tiny spot of tape isnt smooth. Amazing how hundreds if e commerce customers have never once complained about my packages being unsecured upon arrival. No more nasty, curt replies if I have any additional questions. No more witnessing other customers being spoken to in rude, condescending ways as I wait in line. Now the newer staff and the nice lady that recently transferred take my package, circle the survey, and wish me a good day. Going to the post office isnt an ordeal anymore.”

“I have read a lot of bad reviews for this place but they say give flowers when they can still smell them. Mr Antony, I came for passport renewal for my daughter and he treated us with so much care and kindness. He is so professional and extended more grace to us even when I forgot to bring the old passport, he had the right to turn us back but he didn’t. He just told us to bring it later in the day. He smoothly guided us through the entire process, made it easier for all of us and explained every step before he even did it. Thank you sir for your kind heart, you made me realize there’s still some remnants of good people out here.”
“I went on a Saturday around 11:00 and it was almost empty. The gentleman working was very kind and helpful. I was in and out within three minutes. I was able to find a parking spot within walking distance. I had low expectations based on the reviews, but again the gentleman working was so nice and even answered my husband’s questions about the history of the building. I look forward to going back!”
