I have been coming here for years but the last two times I was treated poorly, this young girl with blond hair has ignored me twice. (She has only been here for a month) The first time she was on her head phone and claim she couldn't hear me. But walked away from the register right after she took care of the person right in front of me. Then the second Time I came and asked her what is a less coupon she told me she didn't know and then when I couldn't find it and I put my things on the register she ignored me and walked away again as if I wasn't there. I see why Walgreens is always empty. She also claimed Walgreens doesn't care if she wears her ear pods. So I guess we don't matter as customers or maybe the colored customers don't matter. Cause this young girl didn't mind ringing up the white woman in front is me but refused to ring me up.

Walgreens is a great store to shop customer service is excellent Ms.Brenda helps me every time. She makes the visit pleasant and friendly with a great smile.

This by far is the worse pharmacy I have ever came to.. they seem to always be closed, never have your prescription ready, never answer the phone. Also I had knee surgery I was in the passanger seat I had my fiancé go to the drive thru the refused to give my medication to me unless I went inside for what reason I have no clue .. so I had to try and get out of the car after having knee surgery and crutch my way inside just for them to give me my medication and had no explanation on why I had to go in!

My husband is a heart transplant patient.. The pharmacist wouldn't fill his prednisone saying Noone needs that much.. he had 2 rejections so he's on it for life. Switched to acme and I'll never shop Walgreens again.. along with family members now!

Book an appointment for my booster shot and am told on the app that I will be helped if I don’t have my vaccine card. Go to my appointment and get told very disrespectfully that there is nothing they can do. I didn’t need an attitude when trying to explain I don’t have my card. You have more cards, my record on file as it’s the same place I got my first two shots, and I have showed them my record on the app. My employer accepts my vaccination record from your app, but you cannot accept it yourself? Other reviews on here state the same thing about disrespectful staff. I am glad CVS is right across the street as I will be taking my business there from now on.
