Price for tire replacement was excellent. Service was on time and estimated correctly. Waiting room air could have been more comfortable. Tire smell was overpowering. Everyone was courteous. Couldn't ask for better service. HIGHLY recommend for tire needs.

I called for appointment, they got me in right away, replaced my third brake light bulb all with in 30 min of calling!! Great work boys!

Now that the new management has taken over things have got so much better. The front desk staff is friendly and will do whatever they can for you. If you haven't been in in awhile give them a chance. Things are 110% better now that they have people who care.

Was able to get parts installed at a cheaper price than my usual mechanic. Especially when you are on a budget. Just know the part you want installed and call ahead for a quote for the labor. Even kind enough to tighten my bolts on calipers after I worked on my rear brakes.

Sold me a tire with a bad valve. Tire was flat again within the week. Phone is permanently on busy, don't bother calling. Nice service, but horrible product.

I brought my car in because I had a warning that I had too much oil in my car from a different Pep Boys oil change in Philly. They were nice, accommodating and fast to help fix the problem. Love this place!

Was denied service for being 8 minutes late to initial appt. Rescheduled for the following day & after leaving my keys & waiting over 1 hr the next day, I was told they only had 2 of the 4 needed tires available. Was offered another lower rated set of tires as a substitute.

Great experience doing business with Kay (Khalayi Waiters) at the Pep Boys Concord Pike! She was prompt in letting me know the appointment I booked online for oil & filter change was not available and rescheduled me for Sunday at 11 am. I arrived on time and was out of there in 45 mins after a quick turnaround by Jay D the expert technician. Excellent service overall ?

I've never had a good experience with Pep Boys not even once. Their online website for some reason doesn't link to their store so the people in store has no idea whats happening. I ordered tires and made an appointment online got a confirmation email with a confirmation number, go in the next day they check me in wait THREE hours before I go in and inquire about my tires... and they say that not only do they not have them but they were never ordered. Then they finally put in an order they say thursday they'll be in. Call thursday shipment of tires come in but mine are not there. I don't know what's going on over there but it's not good. I could not recommend enough to not only not come to this pep boys but to any pep boys because there all horrible.
