The second time this year Pep Boys helped me out in a pinch. They threw my parts on for me I wasn’t able to get on myself. Everyone is kind and helpful, especially Patrick who was holding down the front. Dealing with a bunch of customers at once isn’t easy, but he was awesome. Definitely recommend.

Ms K is wonderful!! The PepBoys at 729 Philadelphia Pike, broke my tire sensors and installed regular valve stems. Ms K fixed my vehicle right up!! She is professional and the technicians are well trained. I definitely will be back!!!

The assistant manager Patrick was very polite & attentive. Made me feel like my car was in really good hands with his crew. B4 that day, I haven't used a outside company for maintenance since I got my car from the dealership in 2015. I appreciate the professionalism.

Patrick went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I had two flats from hitting a curb. One lug nut broke off. He and his crew spent numerous hours fixing it. They were fantastic.

I waited for 5 hours, was charged 109, and didn't get any resolution. My disappointment stems from the lack of service at that place – no drinks provided, and insufficient technical support. In such situations, better service would involve informing customers about the current shortage of staff, providing an estimate of how long they might have to wait for service (in hours), and letting them decide whether to proceed with the service or not. Instead of passing the problem onto the customers, after waiting for 5 hours, I was charged 109 and told that the place couldn't provide service. Who would feel comfortable in such a situation? Your staff shortage is not the customer's problem, and the lack of technical support is not the customer's problem either. After making me wait for 5 hours without resolving the issue, it's audacious to charge for the service. This place is truly unbelievable.
