Everything seem great in the store walking in and I asked one of the female employee to use the bathroom and she said yes politely. Right at the moment she was about to get the keys for me. The manager saw me and automatically said the restroom don't work and quickly changed it to both male and female restroom don't work.
I felt racially profiled at this store by the manager. the female employee was nice and said that she was sorry, she has to listen to the manager. I didn't say anything and walked out. Tuesday June 3 2025@ around 10:30am

Just stopped at the Dollar General for a few items. I have to say this is the nicest DG I have been in in a very long time. When you walk in it smells clean, the cashier said hello. While browsing aisles, items are stocked and prices are marked correctly (items in correct spots). You could easily use a shopping cart without hitting over stock. I have found in other stores it is difficult to do so because merchandise blocks the aisle way. I am very impressed and will be visiting this location more often!!

The store needs help from higher up. The staff that are here are working hard but cant keep up. There is usually only 2 employees at night and they are always busy and cant get to the products. Give them more hours to get more help in there and get the place turned around. The store could be great but right now its not because of how it is.
Where is the DM or higher ups? Why cant they help the employees get caught up and make the store grea?This town definitely needs the store because of the location. I dont have to go to middletown where its busy and out of the way. Please help this store!

Stock carts all over the store & many bare shelves. There's another DG a few miles away. Go there! This mismanaged store should be PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!

Trash in parking lot, trash cans overflowing with trash. Store frequently closed which is frustrating because otherwise it would be very convenient because of its close proximity to home

Wish I could give this location 0 stars, the shelves were empty, there was other people’s trash on the shelves, and product was all over the store floor. Instead of addressing those things the employee working there decided to follow my wife and I around the store, getting way too close, and spreading her rank smell of cigarettes around the store. This experience was downright uncomfortable and unpleasant, we will not be returning.

Always closed! Don't understand why. Closed randomly in the middle of the day or closes early. Need another store in its place.

I've always liked this store. They have a nice variety of items, you may have to look, so leave some time. Good for a quick shopping trip also, if you know what you need.
