Mr Jerome was so helpful🙏🏼 It’s rare these days to find places that makes you feel valued as a customer, but that’s exactly what he did. Great communication, fast response times, and a positive attitude throughout. I’m happy to be a new new customer at the storage mall .

We are new tenants and have been very pleased with the service we received so far, especially from Jerome, the property manager. He is a pleasure to deal with and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never once felt rushed. It's refreshing to meet somebody that is so customer-oriented. We could not be happier that we chose this facility for our storage needs. We feel supported knowing Jerome will be there for us as we fine tune our storage needs going forward. A+++!

Great place to have a unit and or parking spots! Competitive prices and long time history in the MOT area of Delaware! I've had a couple units over the years and always have a great experience! Jerome is a helpful and friendly manager that's been there all the years I've been a customer!

Storage Mall is a decent place with clean storage units. Outdoor storage area is essentially grass, gravel and standing water. Jerome, the on-site Manager, does a great job of keeping it neat and clean! He does an excellent job of responding to customers' requests and needs! It would be nice if the owners invested money into the parking area, which is a bit of a pothole laden mudhole in spots. Building new units, as they are, is great but taking care of the area where existing paying customers store vehicles would also seem to be a priority.

Good day , the site itself is not the best as far as cleanliness/ curb appeal on the grounds ,but storage has been good and Jerome has excellent customer service always able to assist!!!
