I dropped off 100 wedding invitations. Some arrived damaged, some were sent back to me for no reason, and some just disappeared. I am highly disappointed that they would treat something so important to me with such little respect. The woman at the counter knew what they were and how worried I was about them.

I love the Townsend Post Office! The staff is friendly and always so helpful! The one team member even helped raise thousands of dollars for Breast Cancer Awareness and took the time to share a personal story.

Most of the staff are very unpleasant. This post office also closes everyday from 2-3 pm.

Always busy try to send a certified letter they make you fill it out and get in the back of the line again but some people fill out entire passport forms mail multiple packages etc. etc. and they don’t have to get in the back of the line

So I’m New to the area thought I’d take a ride around and get familiar with the businesses in townsend so I stopped into the local Post Office today. I met a clerk there by the name of Iris she was very friendly welcoming me with a warm smile and very professional knowledgeable. She explain to me in detail of the change of address form. Thanks again looking forward to my next visit.
