I went into the Walgreens on Summit Bridge Road in due to their same day canvas prints guarantee. We completed editing our canvas and checked out at 5:57 PM. We were provided a 6:22 PM pick up time. Since the canvas was for our son’s birthday, which is today, we decided to wait. The cashier in the front called for assistance in the photo department. No one came. Several minutes later, she called again, but was instructed to tell us that we had to come back. It was now approximately 6:02 PM. I went to speak with the manager and found her to be a very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional young lady. She and another employee were busy, stocking shelves, and that took precedence over printing the canvas. She said, “I don’t know when its going to be done. You should come back at the end of the business day.” One of her responses was “Yup.” If she has a customer who is unsatisfied with your business practices, which apparently are extremely misleading, it would have been advantageous of her to try to rectify the situation instead is escalating it. She chose the ladder. She does not represent herself store #11135 or the Walgreens corporation with any professionalism or respect. CVS is looking like a better option, even though Walgreens is less than five minutes away.

You guys need to appropriately staff the pharmacy. It is not fair for them to be so short handed. This is affecting patients and your staff is going to end up burning out and leave. It is insanely difficult to get anyone over the phone and I've seen how long the line gets.
The staff that works there now have always been pleasant. This isn't against them. I hope this one star helps get attention for this issue

I changed over from CVS in Middletown about 8 months ago. The staff and Ryan have been awesome and responsive to my questions and concerns. The gals on the store side are equally attentive to my shopping needs. A special shout out to Paige and Cianna always smiling and very helpful. You’ve got some keepers😊

I’ve always good experiences here. The employees have always been kind and helpful, the pharmacy has been efficient and the store is usually well-stocked.

Nice, clean store that has basic essentials. Most of the time if I need something I can go to Walgreens instead of a grocery store. Staff is always friendly here.

Had professional pictures taken of our daughter and have attempted to have them printed at Walgreens. So far we have attempted to pick them up 3 times and each time the very rude employees have given 3 different excuses about why we couldn’t pick them up. First they said they didn’t have the pictures after we received a phone call saying that they were ready to pick up. Then they needed the copyright information (which was provided when we ordered them). And this evening the cashier was “to busy” and “had to much going on to worry about your pictures” customer service gets a zero. Don’t go here if you need help with anything.

If you’re considering stopping at this Walgreens for over the counter medication, just keep going. I don’t know if it was because I looked Hispanic or what but this was my first time buying Claritin D. I’ve just left the urgent care in Smyrna and was told to grab this stuff from a doctor so I proceeded to stop here. I asked the colored hair chick for it and she said is 15 ok? I said is there anything bigger? Keep in mind I don’t know what this is other than “a decongestant that you need id to buy” (the words the doctor used to suscribe it to me). I took out my Id and card to pay and not even a second after scanning my id she said “sorry I can’t sell you this our system is down, but you can try again in 24 hours”.

If you can avoid this particular Walgreens by all means do so I stop by this afternoon for allergy medicine walks in to a cashier at the front that act like she forgot where she was I looked at her until she greeted me. I wish you all could see how hard it was for her to to say "hi" first of all it's " Hello welcome to Walgreens"!!!!!!!! As for the pharmacy if someone hands you their ID hand it back to them! what's the sliding it across the counter crap?

This is the best pharmacy I have used since I have moved to Delaware. I have been a nurse for 33 years and Ryan is the best Pharmacist I ever had. He really cares about his customers that he serves. He is so friendly, professional, and will always take the time to answer any questions you may have either in person or on the phone. As a nurse, I know how busy Pharmacist's can be. I honestly trust Ryan's advise more than some of the doctors I use.I have no problems with the staff. The majority know me by name and are always friendly, have a smile on their face and are always willing to help me if there is a problem with one of my medications. I know how short staffed the medical profession is due to the mandate of the COVID 19 vaccine. I always remember when you are short of help, one person can only due so much. We all need to learn to be patient and remember how many customers they are waiting on, the phone calls they need to answer, the need for a person at the drive through window, search for our prescriptions, and administer the COVID vaccine and I am sure I have left out many other duties. Many pharmacies do not stock certain medications, so they need to be ordered. If you are not on automatic refill, you need to call several days before you have no medication left. We all need to remember that our health system has changed and it is not for the better. It is not the workers fault but Walgreens franchise.

BEST KEPT WALGREENS IN THE AREAEverything’s always clean tidy and organized, sometimes the drinks are out of stock but that’s not a horrible problem most likely due to supply. Employees are always ready to answer questions, helpful, kind, and considerate but also always changing. It’s over all a convenient shopping experience. Would recommend stopping here if need be. I’m not sure about the pharmacy i myself have never had a problem.
