Caliber knows about quality work and great customer service. I'm so grateful to Tony Z. and the rest of the crew. The repairs were the easiest part of the ordeal. This is the second vehicle the Newport location has repaired and surpassed my expectations. Harry also reached out to ensure I was pleased with the service and whether I had any issues. I highly recommend only using Caliber for your car repairs. Thanks to the entire team and I truly appreciate you!
Update:
I had an accident not even 1 year from my last repairs. I requested Tony Z. since he was so great the last time. True to form, Tony and the rest of the staff handled my repairs with ease and we're still the BEST part of the ordeal. Dave also reached out immediately afterwards to ensure everything was OK and to contact him directly with any issues. I can't express my gratitude for the professionalism and customer service Tony and Dave extend as well as the phenomenal work the staff provides. I truly appreciate these guys and may be biased but the Newport location can't be beat!
2nd Update:
One of the repaired parts came off; nothing's built to last anymore. I contacted Dave directly and he worked relentlessly to get the issue resolved. Dave and the rest of the team truly care about the customer and go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied. I'm forever grateful that some people still have a relentless work ethic and integrity. Many thanks to Dave and team!

I had body work on my 2017 Forrester and they did beautiful body work but I frequently rotate my tires and torque each nut. When I just went to rotate my tires again I had to BREAK OFF a wheel lug because the tech that worked on my car used an impact gun and overtightened my lug. Im very disappointed but too much time has gone by to take it back. I learned my lesson and will NEVER go back there.

I dropped my vehicle off on Friday, 8/8/25 with a promised repair completion of 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that it wouldn't take longer. I stopped in on 8/13 to pick up something that I had forgotten in the vehicle. Indications were that it might be finished on 8/14 or 8/15 depending on the alignment shop schedule. At about 3 PM on 8/14 I got a call that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I could also leave the rental ve2+hicle with Caliber and they would arrange pickup by Enterprise. So, what I thought was going to be 2+weeks ended up being 4 workdays! Now, that's service! I will recommend Caliber to anyone needing body repair work.

At first, I was satisfied with the services performed on my car. Everything seemed in order—until I went to put gas in my vehicle for the first time since getting it repaired. When I pressed the button to open the gas tank, nothing happened. The tank door simply would not open. With little choice, I resorted to using a key to pry it open, which immediately scratched and damaged the fresh paint.
Frustrated, I returned to Caliber, hoping for a thorough fix. Instead, they merely grabbed a white out stick and hastily patched over the ruined paint. There was no real solution offered. Only later did I discover the root of the issue: the technician who worked on my car had never reconnected the gas tank release.
But this wasn’t the only oversight. Before any repairs were even done, I attended a consultation. During this meeting, the representative clearly stated that a wheel alignment would be necessary due to the nature of the accident. He explained that Caliber does not have the equipment to perform an alignment on site, but assured me they partner with a company just down the road for such services.
It was only after everything was supposedly completed that I learned the wheel alignment had never been performed at all. No arrangements had been made, and the promised service simply fell through the cracks.
After paying my $1,000 deductible, dealing with a malfunctioning gas tank, and being misled about services that were never rendered, I’ve learned a valuable lesson: never assume everything will be done as promised. My recommendation to anyone navigating car repairs is this—check, check, and check again. Assertively ask questions before, during, and after your service. Document every promise, and don’t be afraid to hold your repair shop accountable.
Mistakes can happen, but your safety and satisfaction should never be left to chance.
