They had my car to close to 90 days. Blaming the insurance company for delays and money if not getting paid from them . Also there customer service is not friendly at all. They make sure they get your deductible even if they inconvenience to you out of pocket for a rental car that I had. After the 60 days the insurance company would not cover my rental . I had to pay out of pocket foe 3 more weeks because they had issues of parts on which youbcant blame the insurance company.

Great work and Timely. Although they did leave an old headlight in my trunk ??♀️ I have no clue why lol but I would definitely take my car back here.

CarStar is the best. Unfortunately I’ve had to have the body of my car repaired twice in under a year time. Fortunately, The CarStar Family were the ones to do the job. The professionalism, communication, and worked performed were all excellent. They really care about providing the best service possible. I would highly recommend!

I have used Car Star twice for auto body repairs The Car Star employees are always professional and communicated well. They are also very accommodating in scheduling and work with the rental company making it easier for me. The work done on my cars were so nice and clean you can’t tell it ever had damages. Car star is my go to

CARSTAR took the stress out of dealing with 2 unfortunate incidents in 1 week. Our Civic was broken into and the steering column was damaged. In going through insurance we found that not every body shop wanted to handle a job like that, but Doug told us to come right in.
A few days later, we had a minor accident with our RAV4. While it was stressful to deal with, Doug and everyone at CARSTAR made it easy to deal with and everything is looking good as new. Doug kept us in the loop on updates throughout the process.
We did notice a minor issue with our Civic after taking it home but we let them know and they quickly ordered another part for us and will be addressing that issue.

Thank you carstar, gave me an estimate $7000 to 10,000 to paint my car and told me you don't fix rust spots, found another auto paint shop to do it for $5000 and fix the rust spot. You should say insurance claims only in your advertisement

Excellent customer service and beautiful repair. Doug quickly scheduled my estimate, dealt with the other driver's insurance company, and he and David returned my car in "good as new" shape. Highly recommend this company, which does great work at a fair price (they were the lowest of 3 estimates I obtained). Natalie Wolf
