Amy Fortmann, the Pharmacist, is absolutely amazing. She was able to help me save money on my prescription and kindly advised me on its use. The CVS wanted 5 times the price was not helpful and was rude. I will never use another pharmacy as long as Amy is there.

What a wonderful pharmacy! I'm here from out of state for a major surgery & no other pharmacy was willing to help me with the prescription from the doctor. Called here and the Pharmacist Anna was absolutely wonderful and said that even though they weren't taking new patients that she would do a courtesy for me since it's just 1 time and fill my prescription for me! They were fast, friendly and very accommodating here. If you are in the Wilmington, DE area and need a great pharmacy team, I highly recommend going here for all of your needs. Thank you ACME staff, you went above and beyond to help this stressed out out of stater. I can now fly home this week, feeling relief from the surgery pain. Wish we had some like you back home!

Not having the scaning gun on the self checkouts and forcing people to use the checkout lines and then making them still bag thier own groceries is terrible customer service. only store that does this.

Staff is extremely nice, the store is very clean, the aisles are easy to get up and down. Unfortunately they don't offer hand baskets, there is never enough carts whenever I go by, and checkout is a nightmare. They never have enough cashiers on the registers at peak hours and their self checkout area is a disaster. They only have 6 self checkout kiosks when they have the room for 12. The 6 they have are always breaking and Acme has no line direction so confrontations between customers over who's turn it is seems to be frequent to the point that I don't bother going unless it's during the late hours or early morning. They also do not offer any bags at all. You have to supply your own. Also found items like baked beans that are no stocked in the marked "beans asile".

What is wrong with this place every time I come to this store the heat is on in the bathroom this is so stupid I'm using the bathroom breaking a sweat like I'm in the gym working out what's the point of this yelp if this doesn't get corrected

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the store and great selection. The prices were reasonable. Easy checkout. Glad I brought plenty of reusable bags.

“I can’t wait to shop at Acme” - Said no one.I could not spare a 30 minute one way drive to Wegmans. Today’s shipping experience allowed me to hear management and union staff loudly argue in the aisle. Better yet, customer service reps the store manager won’t buy hand carts due to theft. With acne, charging more than its competitors, one would expect higher standards.This place is mediocre on its best days and a dump on most of them.

All staff are pleasant & very helpful to their Customers. This has been my Pharmacy for 3 yrs now & of course I'll continue to use them for Service & Prices. . Carley & other pharmacists are veey helpful .

2 months in a row my doctor sent in 2 prescriptions for me that were dated for the same day but They only had one ready on pick up date and said they were busy and will have to pick up my second prescription the next day. I needed to take both at the same time. I will be going elsewhere if this happens again.

This place is SO HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! NO WONDER EVERYONE GIVES THEM SUCH BAD REVIEWS!!! One of the pharmacists there is quite rude and completely unprofessional!!! Spoke to me very disrespectfully constantly!!! She should not be in this line of work if she doesn't want to deal with customer concerns or questions! Overall, a continually horrible experience and I just can't really see going there anymore! She needs to be reprimanded or even fired!!! Completely unexcusable behavior! Don't use this pharmacy...!!!
