  They have the worst process for confirming identity and addressing the inability to confirm your identity. Expect to wait 2 to 3 days to receive an email just to attempt to resolve identity issues.

  I closed out my 401k and can’t cash the checks and it’s saying because the account is closed and it is really an inconvenience because I work Mon-Friday and can’t get to a bank to cash them So I have to several places and no one can cash them for me
