We were with this pharmacy for about 3 weeks and left after AWFUL experiences.Not only was my delivery cancelled without asking or even letting me know.My debit card was charged without my knowledge, even tho I was assured upon giving it to them, that if they kept my card on file (because I specified that I probably won’t be using that particular card in the future) it would never be ran without me having told them to specifically. There were 3 deliveries total.The pharmacy assured me that having to be buzzed into the building wouldn’t be a problem, and that it’s done for many customers, but it must’ve been to him! The delivery person, Steven throws fits at us and has never once said anything like hi, or thank u.He’s always been very mad and snappy from the first time I tried to give him directions to the main entrance, cuz he was sitting at the side door of the building where GPS always takes people. He grunted n hung up on me after snapping, “Can’t somebody just come get it then?!” I explained that we are both disabled, so not unless we absolutely have to. And that was our very first interaction.
After his delivery 3 flip out, I reached out to the pharmacy, spoke w a different pharmacist the Friday that it happened, but she wanted me to talk to Teresa so she had her call me back on Monday. When she did, I explained all of this and she apologized, took personal blame for all the mistakes and told me that she’s gotten complaints about Steven’s behavior before, but assured me that she’d do her due diligence, talk to him and the owner n get bak to me to let me know what to expect if I stayed with this pharmacy and placed another delivery because this was unacceptable Because myself and my fiance are both disabled and everytime Steven has a fit, instead of listening to the 2 step instructions (cuz he’s yellin “this too much!” REPEATEDLY over me) OR simply reading the screen, I have to get fully dressed, get my walker and hobble outside to meet him. Some days we can’t get out of bed at all, let alone do these things that sound simple. And once we’re outside, he won’t even stick around 1 second to let me teach him. He shoves ur bag at u and takes off cussing “quietly”. He hasn’t even had us sign at times. Not only did Teresa forget to get back to me, but when I had to have someone call me cuz I was coming up on needing to place my next delivery I reminded them that I was waiting to hear bak from Teresa first tho. The next business day when she called me back, it was like she had no clue. “What situation ”, she says. I wanted to know wat to expect, because I shouldn’t have to stress over a delivery like this n I was deff anxious bout what I’d have to experience the NEXT time he came to my home.Because each visit was progressively worse!**THIS IS A SERVICE THAT WE PAID FOR.** And it seems as though she very much disregarded it, because Steven convinced her that he's actually very good at using these door systems because he delivers to other apartments like it and that the ONLY problem was that our door was “broken”. So I suppose, that even tho the first thing I told Teresa after the incident, was that our door is working perfectly fine- I GUESS it must’ve spontaneously broke 3 times and only when Steven’s here? And I guess it just resolved itself in time for the Amazon carrier that I buzzed in and delivered packages less than 10 mins after Steven stormed off? Our call box hasn’t been out of service since April OR May.Not a single issue since and I’m very aware of this because w the 2 of us being homebound, we have to order every need or want that we have. I get deliveries almost every single day, multiple times per day depending on the carrier.But she assured me that’d he’d “be nice cuz he’s been warned.”
….um no thank u! I’ll take my 20ish scripts-half of which they never saw yet cuz I didn’t need refills yet and my Fiance’s bunch to someone that I’m not NERVOUS n scared to order from, let alone having to hurt myself even tho I’m paying for a delivery service.

Please DO NOT use this pharmacy. An employee there stole my account information from my HSA card, and racked up more than $400 in charges. When I called and spoke to the pharmacist there, he was not helpful, never apologized, and didn't seem particularly interested to know that one of his employees is a thief. This is not a credit card account-- this is money that I put into the account myself to cover pharmacy and other medical costs. So unless you want to run the risk of being ripped off, STAY AWAY!

My brother in law made a appointment for Covid vaccine when he got there they told him his insurance didn’t authorize vaccine. The vaccine is free they can only charge for what would be called office visit. He asked if he could pay cash they said no. People watch your insurance because there’s something wrong with what they are doing.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. I get my script there along with my whole family they are fast and very helpful. If u can’t find something on their shelves they will do what they can to get it. This place is awesome

I was turned down for the vaccine because my insurance expired. It’s a shame that they turn people down without insurance when we are in a pandemic.I went to a Walgreens and got my COVID-19 shot.

I love this pharmacy I have been going here for about 2 years now to get my prescription and I also get my son’s prescriptions here as well there is not a long wait time the staff is very friendly, I highly recommended this pharmacy
