I dropped 5 pairs of slacks off to be dry cleaned and pressed. I asked for them to iron creases and I left the store and realized they didn’t write crease on the ticket so I can back in and the guy working got an attitude with me that I came back in and assured me it would be done. I just picked them up and they did not iron creases. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me! I don’t understand why they wouldn’t iron slacks with a crease to begin with! I understand they are cheaper than other cleaners but I am still paying for a service and expect to receive the service I paid for!

Prices are affordable and the work is decent for the most part, but I advise you NOT to bring nice valuables for cleaning here! Be aware that if their machines end up ripping apart or damaging your stuff, you are not getting compensated for it!

THE WORST! DO NOT TAKE YOUR SWEATERS! I've had 4 merino wool type sweaters ruined by their services. Holes found throughout. Never said anything after first two times thinking sweaters maybe were old. But when noticed third and fourth sweaters (months later with different dropoff) I returned to discuss. Staff and management too quickly dismissed denying claim saying no way to know they didn't arrive with holes. The plastic and service tags were still on the garments! After 5 visits being told I would receive a call from management, owner, then back to manager after filing a claim and the manager saying to tell me how much their values so he'd get a claim amount, nothing was done. I didn't need the money. I wanted them to offer to repair and take responsibility. Nothing! You should consider this a zero star rating. Shameful business approach acting like I would deliver the sweaters with holes in 4 separate sweaters on 4 separate times. DO NOT TRUST YOUR GARMENTS HERE!

I just didn't like when We came there an hour before they said which was 4 o clock and they said come back at exactly 4. Dry cleaners don't usually work like that. Now if I find out that the clothes go out and comes back at exactly a certain time and it can only be given at a certain time then I'll change My review. I feel like they could have given the clothes early. Some businesses arbitrarily hold to certain rules for the sake of having rules and not considering the convenience that customers need. We were in the area and it would have been convenient to get the clothes that hour early and after reading other people's views I don't think I'm wrong. I don't like the vibe I got.

Few bad experiences here. First was I took them a suit and shirt that I had just purchased and wore once. They lost my shirt and took 4 days to find it.
Second time was when I took them a brand new pair of pants, tags still on, to have hemmed. Alterations were fine but when looking at the receipt I was charge for the alterations and a dry cleaning. The funny part was that tags were still on, and it was never cleaned. When I asked about it, they said that's what they do.
The last straw was when I took them a kilt, doublet, and uniform shirt. They refused to do the kilt but wanted to take my other two items. I took all three and went to a different cleaner. Shame because it's literally a minute from my house.

I had been coming to this cleaners for the last 3 years and I’m very satisfied. I just don’t know why it has a low review but I’m not only go there for dry cleaning but also for alteration to any garments. Everyone there very friendly and they takes responsability only one time one of my skirt got damage and they gave me partially payment in which it was ok with me and one blouse was misplaced and it was found…prices are very reasonable most if not all are $3.99 unless is a different material but prices still very low I really recommended it. If you would like to start with a few items if you liked then go back if not go to one of those that may charge you double for the same thing. I don’t know but when my item got misplaced they review their cameras if you item is lost or misplaced they can access their own camera so I don’t think anything can’t be stolen. I don’t know if they updated cameras I hope so because those cameras needs an updated but if I was to take an expensive item I would take a before or after picture so far so good overall I’m pretty satisfied.

I loved this cleaners until they shrunk my sweat suit and refuse to pay for it! I’ve been going back and forth with the manager since Nov and keep getting the run around. Take responsibility for your mistakes!!

Incredible! I had a Lafayette 148 dress jacket that had a terrible stain on front in two spots. They got both out and the jacket looks brand new. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company. (and they recycle the hangers!)

Terrible job and Very poor service. My white clothes that were to be cleaned had all blue stains on them. They did a lousy job and messed up all my silks. Did not want to take ownership or accountability for the sloppy job done. Rude and ruthless staff. Never again. Worst place ever in town for dry cleaning. The new owners are never around to be able to remediate the situation.

I have been a loyal client at this location since its onset but I will no longer use their services. My visit today on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 was deplorable. The register associate was rude, arrogant and condescending and unfortunately the quality of work is subpar. It used to be a great deal as far as the cost and i was always happy with the finished product. The owner was frequently on site, exchanging pleasantries and hospitable conversation. But apparently that is a thing of the past. As is my patronage.

Highly recommend and here is why...
I tried Any Garment Cleaners on a whim, as a different dry cleaner which I had used for many years closed due to the owner's retirement.
My second time picking up at Any Garment Cleaners, the power was out. I had an event to go to and needed at least certain items in that order. While some employees just apologized unmotivated to do anything, the manager came out. He went through just about every item on the lower racks to locate my dry cleaning. He was friendly, professional, and turned an aggravating experience into an great experience. Thank you Arbey!
