This branch is the most incompetent artisans branch in all of DE I knew I should have driven 20 min out of my way to any other branch to make this deposit because ANYTIME you make a deposit of over a $1,000 the manager feels it necessary to put a hold on the account even when she technically can’t on a business account and it’s the same employer each time issuing the the checks. Then I complained and left a review so then she did it on my income tax check from the gov in ny personal account! This single branch makes me want to close all 3 accounts at artisans! This branch should be shut down or they should fire everyone and start over from scratch! WORST BRANCH IN ALL OF DELAWARE!

Nice people but very hand tied with procedure from Mgt . Interior of branch is a throw back to 1980 and policies followed for procedures is also a throw back to 1980. If your not looking for the most modern form of banking this is the bank for you
