Been with the bank over 20 years, multiple accounts. Can't access any of them. it would be nice to deposit a check or withdrawal from checking. I know times are tough, but if I have to work until 5:00 monday-friday someone at the bank should be able to work past 3:00 at least one day. this is ridiculous.

I would not recommend this band to anyone. I have been banking with them for 20 plus year and closing my account.

I have banked here for many years and love the staff in the Pike Creek Branch. However, the online banking system is way behind the times. It can only retain 90 days of transactions for download!!! Despite frequent complaints, the bank just shrugs it off and says go somewhere ELSE!!! Can't even do online deposits.... Guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and go to TD or WSFS!! TOO BAD

This is the worst bank I've ever encountered. I called to get information about opening a business account for an LLC and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to provide me with any information and then hung up on me. And this woman is the bank's customer service representative! Unbelievable. I called back and left a message on the supervisor's voicemail. He didn't return my call. This bank deserves zero stars. Stay away from it.

I've had Artisans for 15 years and have been pleased with the free checking account! Your fraud dept is great, as my husbands debit card was used twice by someone other than him, and you called right away and handled the error with great care and refunded the money immediately.

We are away and the website is down ... debit card not working ... refused at the hotel refused at gas station... and there is no emergency number to call. Plenty of money in our accountS... perhaps we need to go national with customer service ... so I am without money until TUESDAY. Because of the holiday?! Really?!

Staff inside fairly nice, with few acceptions. But their website is absolute garbage! Won't let me create an account, I know all my info and is just a pain and not very helpful whatsoever.
