Very dishonest sales tactics.
Read the fine print. Ask questions about "fees" that they claim to not know how much it will be.
I never signed anything. Never gave me any paperwork. Scanned my id. Said my bill would be *this amount, but my bill came and there are *mystery fees???
I will be looking into this further.

The Assistant Mgr (Josh) very rudely interrupted me while speaking with sales associate. First display of bad business. It wasn't even regarding my issues. He also leaned up against the wall of accessories and said, "Oh, if you are frustrated with AT&T service and want help dial 611 and ask for retention". He was so disruptive and beyond disrespectful. I left and will go across the street to Xfinity. They should post a sign clearly stating what he lackadaisally said. We just sell phones and equipment. Call 611 with your problems. Josh has to be one of the most irritating and rude persons I've ever had the non pleasure of coming across. The employees have way more professionalism. It's been at least 2 years after being a very long standing customer, to get a phone that lasts over 8 months. Shame on him. Whatch out for Josh! He will send your low blood pressure into high within 20 minutes or less. I feel truly bad for the current employees. I hope management turns over as quickly as the employees. I'm totally turned off from AT&T now. Best advice was him saying call 611. "The best kept secret". Wow!

Awful experience with young black salesman. He made me wait for awhile while he was in the back searching for the best plan for me. No other salesman left their chair when speaking to Customers. AND, he came back with a cell phone plan that was greater than my Verizon plan. He didn't share the cost but asked me to call Verizon and get my transfer code knowing full well, AT&T's plan was higher than my Verizon plan. Dishonest. I left.

Emma was absolutely terrific, kind, patient, and helpful. I wasn't sure if AT&T was for me but after talking with Emma I knew they were the right choice!

This is a good location, and it is a corporate store so they can take care of all of your needs. We have a ton of lines at work, and they do a good job taking care of us with upgrades and other services. You can make an appointment online, which is convenient and helps with the wait times because sometimes it is busy.

Reuben, the manager, was amazingly helpful. Walked me through the new phone process, answered all of my questions, and had so much patience. Really made the process so much easier.

Linda Vaughn was extremely helpful. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She never rushed us and answered our questions with kindness and patience. She made our transaction as painless as possible. Will definitely recommend Linda and ATT to friends and family.

Linda was wonderful. She showed me great customer service. She made sure she answered all my questions and concerns. She was very patient and made sure I understood everything before I left. She had great sales skills I came in to pick up two phones. Ended up upgrading another and adding another line. Even signed up for cable and internet. I ended up leaving Verizon and getting a great and better deal with AT&T that cut my bill in half.

My go-to AT&T store. The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable, and there usually isn't a long wait. Being open until later at night, it's great to be able to go in after work when there's less of a crowd.

Kahil and the manager Reuben were extremely disrespectful. Then Kahil used shady “discounts” to make his December quota and it was fake. Service is more expensive than Verzion. They are cheaters, rude and can’t even order a phone properly

This is by far the worst atnt store I've ever been to. No one wanted to work with me because it wasn't beneficial for them to gain extra money. They added a bunch of charges to my account to make it worth while to upgrade my phone. I've been charge insurance 40 dollars and next up. Be aware of this and make sure to check your bill for extra charges after working with these shady people.
