I was so pleased to have awesome help buying my new phone at this location. Caleb and Allison werea10! Very willing to help me decide which phone was the best deal for my money. Caleb is an expert and helped me solve the connection between my old phone number on my new device within three minutes. Actually I spent a lot of time by phone calls and the representatives can not help me figure out the way for 2 months.

Beware: they will up your service package with out your knowledge!!!!! Caleb upped my service plan! I then went back in the store and asked why he did that and he said it won't up my monthly payment but that was a lie! Changing peoples service without their knowledge and then lying about it is insane!

Caleb was extremely helpful with trying help me add an iPad to my account. He initially helped me over the phone but I was still having issues. I went into the store and he was working alone and had 2 other people waiting. He was patient with the person ahead of me and explained everything in detail with her. He was also very patient with me. Of course, everything magically worked without errors when he touched the iPad. He made sure everything was set up and working properly before I left the store. Thank you Caleb. You’re awesome!
