Buyer Beware:
Sales Manager (Sam) and Finance Manager (Bill) swapped the agreed upon price of my CPO Audi S5 with the internet price on final documentation. They had me sign all dotted lines and now are refusing to acknowledge the hand shake agreed upon price with sales Rep. Anthony and Sales manager, Sam.
They are sticking with the line, that is what you signed for.
They have every intention to scam you out of your hard earned money with the dealership tricks they play.
I would never recommend Audi of Wilmington to another person.

I have had positive experiences at this dealership but this morning the service was unprofessional. Jason, the service manager, did not uphold the highest standards of respect and customer service.
I have an extremely busy schedule and was booked with a loaner for a battery replacement. I drive 45 minutes to the dealership so actually scheduling the job on a day i can drop off and wait is much better for me. However the scheduler had insisted this would talked multiple hours and offered a loaner which I accepted.
To my surprise Jason indicated a loaner would not be available on this job on my visit today. There was an obvious disconnect between Jason and his scheduling team or perhaps a lack of training. At the end although driving for nothing was quite an inconvenience because i could not spare 2 hours waiting today, i was understanding of the internal disconnect. What made this poor customer service and frankly a lack of respect was Jason implying I was lying and walking murmuring disgraceful comments going out to the car picking up my car key. Quite unprofessional. Yikes.

I recommend Audi at Wilmington. The staff is friendly, location clean, and the cars are top tier. I was treated right straight from the door. My car rep was Chris and he was so personable, very knowledgeable about the car, and patient while I asked Questions.

I had such a seamless experience at Audi Wilmington! Zac made the whole process incredibly easy. I was able to handle negotiations, get a trade-in quote, and start the paperwork virtually before even stepping foot in the dealership. When I arrived, all I had to do was test drive, sign, and I was on my way. No pressure, no hassle, just efficient, friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free car buying experience.

Every step of the way, the service was seamless. Although I couldn’t respond quickly enough to add on a service, Steven Piech thoroughly checked for another appointment availability over the next couple of days. By his tone over the phone, I could tell he was happy to do it.

Overall great experience. All sales reps knew of my scheduled approval time. Chris was very personable, knew all the ins and out of the vehicle in great details. Everyone was polite, greeted and were very inviting to conversate with. Very clean atmosphere, never felt pressured to purchase, was informed of entire process. Highly recommend Audi of Wilmington, you will not be disappointed.
